Title: What is Project Financial Planning?

Subject: As of 11.1.2.2 a new module, Project Financial Planning (PFP) was introduced for Oracle’s Hyperion Planning. This prepackaged purpose-built module combines project, capital, and workforce planning concepts all into a tightly integrated architecture. The vast functionality of this module enables organizations to plan and forecast for different types of projects, manage project-funding approvals, and analyze financial implications of projects from both a capital and resource perspective. The audience will gain an introduction to the module, both technically and functionally. In addition, we will cover some tips and design considerations, as well as an overview of the changes between 11.1.2.2 and 11.1.2.3.
